**Delivery Timing**
1. **Standard Delivery Timing:** All rented items will be delivered on the day the rental period begins, as specified in the rental agreement.
2. **Shipping Confirmation:** The Renter will receive a shipping confirmation email once the dress has been dispatched, including tracking information for the delivery.

**Delivery Locations**
The Company offers delivery services within the Netherlands. Please ensure that the delivery address provided during the rental process is accurate and complete. The Company is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

**Delivery Charges**
1. **Free Delivery:** The Company offers free delivery for all rental orders within the Netherlands.
2. **Express Delivery:** If the Renter requires express delivery, additional charges may apply. These charges will be clearly communicated during the rental process.

**Receipt of Items**
1. **Acceptance of Delivery:** It is the Renter's responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the specified address on the delivery date.
2. **Delivery Issues:** If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to the Renter's absence or an incorrect address, the Renter must contact the courier service directly to arrange for re-delivery or pick-up.

**Unforeseen Delays**
While the Company strives to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen delays due to factors beyond the Company's control, such as weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or other logistical issues. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to inform the Renter of any delays and provide updated delivery information.

**Delivery Confirmation**
Upon receipt of the rented item, the Renter should inspect the package and confirm that the item is in good condition and matches the rental order. Any issues or discrepancies must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
