How do I place an order for a dress rental?
Select the dress you like, select the rental date, indicate the delivery method and address and pay for the order
How do I know if a dress will suit me?
You can find the size chart on the product page as well as at this link.
Can I reserve a dress for a specific date?
Yes, in the dress card you can open the calendar and book it for a specific date
How far in advance should I book my dress?
One day before the start of rental date.
What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
Your name, email or phone number, full address (if you want to receive the order by courier).
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can, but no later than 2 days before the start of the rental.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellation is not possible, but in extreme circumstances, you can always contact customer support to find a solution together.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a deposit required for renting a dress?
No, there is not deposit for renting.
When will I be charged for my rental?
When placing an order.
Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?
The price includes postal expenses and dry cleaning. The pricing also takes into account normal wear and tear.
Do you offer insurance for the rental dresses?
In case of serious damage or loss of the dress, the cost of the dress at the time of rental must be paid. Tip: you can photograph the dress upon receipt to prevent any misunderstandings.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
One working day.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
The carrier usually requires one business day, but if it's urgent, you can come to our showroom.
Can I choose delivery to a pickup point?
Yes, it is more convenient not to depend on delivery times and to take it from the pickup point at any convenient moment.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you can track your order in your account under the "Orders" section.
What should I do if my dress does not arrive on time?
Contact us for help.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
You will be able to change the address on the carrier's website.
Damages and issues
What happens if the dress is damaged during my rental period?
Minor damage due to normal wear and tear is acceptable. For visible damage or loss of the dress, the cost of dress at the time of rental must be paid. Each order will include a guide on how to care for the dress.
How should I handle minor damages or stains?
If you notice a small stain, do not attempt to clean it yourself, as this may further damage the dress. Please contact customer support so we can identify the stain and clean it properly.
What if the dress doesn't fit or is not as expected?
If the dress doesn't fit, you should contact customer support on the same day. We will offer other options available in stock. You'll only need to pay for shipping costs, and if applicable, the price difference. You can also visit our showroom anytime.

What is the policy for lost items?
You will need to pay the cost of the dress at the time of rental. The cost of the dress will be debited from the account from which the payment was received. See Lost Items Policy.
Returns
How do I return the dress after my rental period?
- Place the rental item in the box it arrived in.
- Affix the return label (which is inside the box upon arrival) to the box.
- Return it to the nearest point before 12:00 on the last day of rental.
Is there a return shipping label included?
Yes, you can find it in the packaging box.
What if I return the dress late?
We will send a reminder email in advance about the return date of the dress. If there are any reasons for force majeure, please inform customer care. We will find a solution. Otherwise, we may apply a penalty of 50 euros per day plus the rental fee for the dress.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, of course, please contact customer support beforehand. If the dress is not reserved for the following dates, you can extend the rental.
What should I do if I lose the return packaging?
Handle the dress carefully and find packaging that will not cause damage.
Other
Can I rent accessories along with my dress?
Currently, this service is unavailable, but we will implement it in the future.
Are the dresses dry cleaned before delivery?
Yes, we dry clean dresses after each customer.
Do you offer a try-on service before committing to a rental?
You can do it at our showroom.
Can I see customer reviews and photos of the dresses?
You can view reviews with photos for each dress on the dress page as well as on the homepage.
Are there any restrictions on how long I can rent a dress?
Rental is for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 14 days.
Can I rent multiple dresses at once?
Yes, you can rent multiple dresses at the same time.
